These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all use of the acd67 website, mobile interface, and any related services (collectively, "the Platform") operated by acd67. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager or bet, you ("the Player", "you", "your") agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

acd67 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, acd67 will notify registered players by email or via an on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform after any such notification constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

These Terms are written in English and are governed by the laws applicable to online entertainment platforms operating in the relevant jurisdiction. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between acd67 and players shall be conducted in English.

• Platform Access: Access to acd67 is provided on an "as available" basis. acd67 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for service interruptions resulting from scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
• Acceptance of Risk: Gambling involves financial risk. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that you may lose funds wagered. acd67 does not guarantee winnings and bears no responsibility for gambling losses incurred by any player.
• Amendments: acd67 may amend, restrict, suspend, or discontinue any product, promotion, or feature at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring existing obligations to players in respect of confirmed bets and pending withdrawals.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and acd67 and supersede all prior communications and representations.

acd67 is an adult entertainment platform. Use of the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. acd67 applies a zero-tolerance policy toward underage gambling and conducts age verification checks on all accounts, including at the point of withdrawal.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to register and maintain an active account on acd67:

• You are at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.

• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on the acd67 Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee of acd67, nor a close family member of such an employee, in a way that could create a conflict of interest.
• You are not self-excluded from the Platform under any currently active self-exclusion period you have requested.
• You are depositing and wagering funds that are lawfully yours and have not been obtained through unlawful means.

acd67 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by acd67 may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

To access the full range of acd67 products and services, players must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate personal information. You agree that all information provided during and after the registration process is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where acd67 identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all associated accounts, consolidate balances at its discretion, and permanently ban the individual from registering again.

• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. acd67 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Accurate Information: You must promptly notify acd67 of any changes to your personal details, including your email address or registered payment method. Updates can be made via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected].
• Identity Verification (KYC): acd67 may request identity verification documents at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or at any other time. Accepted documents include national ID cards, passports, and recent utility bills or bank statements for address verification.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wager activity) for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. acd67 will attempt to contact the account holder before applying any dormancy administration fee, as detailed in the account management section of the Platform.

acd67 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for doing so. Decisions regarding account approval are final.

acd67 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are facilitated through a selection of locally integrated payment methods that reflect the financial infrastructure commonly used across Bangladesh, including Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, and other major population centres.

Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

• Deposit Processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to the player's account balance in real time following successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect, subject to the processing times of the originating institution.
• Withdrawal Processing: acd67 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for transactions via bKash and Nagad under normal operating conditions. Processing times may extend during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: For anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering compliance purposes, withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not operationally possible, acd67 will contact the player to agree an alternative arrangement.
• Verification Prior to Withdrawal: acd67 reserves the right to complete identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not yet completed KYC verification should expect a processing delay until all required documents have been reviewed and approved.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the Platform are denominated in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka, ৳). acd67 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
• Prohibited Transactions: Players must not use the Platform as a mechanism to transfer funds between payment accounts. Deposits followed immediately by withdrawals, without commensurate wagering activity, are considered suspicious and may trigger a compliance review.

acd67 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including a 100% first-deposit welcome bonus up to ৳20,000, weekly reload bonuses, live casino cashback, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other significant occasions in the Bangladeshi calendar. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and in the specific offer documentation accompanying each promotion.

• Welcome Bonus: The 100% first-deposit welcome bonus is available to newly registered players who have not previously held an account on acd67. The bonus is calculated as 100% of the qualifying first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is ৳500.
• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by acd67 are subject to a wagering requirement before the bonus amount (and any winnings derived from it) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each bonus offer. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated on the offer.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement. Live casino games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage, as detailed in the specific bonus terms. Playing in a game category with a reduced contribution rate will slow the rate at which the wagering requirement is cleared.

Where bonus abuse is identified, acd67 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, forfeit associated winnings, and close the account.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not used within their stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. Players are encouraged to review the expiry date of any bonus credited to their account.
• Promotional Changes: acd67 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time where continued operation of the promotion would be contrary to the interests of the Platform, provided that changes do not apply retroactively to bets already placed under the terms of that promotion.

acd67 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all registered players. All game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The house edge applicable to each game is fixed, published by the game provider, and is not adjustable by acd67 at the individual game or player level.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the acd67 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and potential legal action:

• Cheating and Fraud: Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated betting software (bots), or engage in any form of cheating is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Collusion: Players must not collude with other players or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity is strictly prohibited. acd67 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in any investigation of suspected financial crime.
• Abusive Behaviour: Players must treat acd67 support staff and other players with respect at all times. Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at staff or other players will result in account suspension.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider in respect of a legitimate acd67 transaction is considered fraudulent. acd67 will pursue recovery of funds subject to fraudulent chargebacks and reserves the right to permanently ban players who engage in this behaviour.

acd67 operates a sports betting integrity programme. Any player found to have placed bets on the basis of insider information, or to have engaged in match-fixing or any conduct that undermines the integrity of a sporting event, will have their account permanently closed and winnings forfeited. acd67 reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet where there is reasonable suspicion of integrity-related misconduct pending investigation.

Players may request closure of their acd67 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, acd67 will process the request within one business day. Any confirmed real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their most recently used verified payment method, provided it exceeds the minimum withdrawal threshold and identity verification has been completed.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances are not affected by the forfeiture of pending bonus balances.

• Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time without penalty to your real-money balance, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
• Self-Exclusion Closure: If you close your account as part of a self-exclusion request, the account will be flagged as self-excluded and cannot be reopened until the self-exclusion period has naturally expired, regardless of subsequent requests to reactivate.
• Closure by acd67: acd67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where a player has breached these Terms, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would expose acd67 to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Dormant Account Closure: Accounts inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100, applied against the real-money balance. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate a dormant account before closure by logging in and making a deposit of at least ৳200.

acd67 provides the Platform and its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acd67 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform, including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. acd67 does not warrant that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

acd67's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, acd67 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a direct result of a verifiable system error are not payable and will be voided.
• Dispute Resolution: Players who wish to raise a dispute regarding a bet, payment, or account decision must contact the acd67 support team at [email protected] within 30 days of the event giving rise to the dispute. acd67 will acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 10 business days.
• Force Majeure: acd67 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government action, internet service disruption, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
• Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless acd67, its directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner contrary to these Terms.
• Governing Law: These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant territory.
